Practitioners will not want to miss our lively and informative panels, including the annual Employment Law Year in Review and an ethics session presented by Hon. John Erlick. Join us Nov. 18 for this annual CLE program.

Our panels also include an update on EEOC laws, remote work and multi-state employee issues, and updates to Washington’s Paid Family and Medical Leave and how the program intersects with the FMLA. We round out our program with a discussion on the effective use of videoconferences for trial, arbitration, mediation, and administrative hearings.
