Cyber crime is on the rise in Washington state, and crooks have been know to impersonate the Washington State Bar Association. Get the latest warnings about bogus emails to protect yourself. The following is an ongoing list of reported fake or fraudulent messages purportedly from the Washington Bar Association or its officials. The WSBA will never contact you and ask you for personal, membership, or account information.

If you suspect you have receive a questionable email that appears to be from the WSBA, please check your account by going straight to your myWSBA.org and submit a Cyber Alert to OGC@wsba.org. Do not forward the email. Instead save the email file and attach it to your reporting email to WSBA.
