Law Clerk Board

The Law Clerk Board supervises the Law Clerk Program under Rule 6 of the Washington Supreme Court's Admission and Practice Rules (APR). The Law Clerk Board considers applications for enrollment in the program, interviews and evaluates law clerks and tutors during the course of study, and certifies that law clerks have successfully completed the program thereby meeting the educational requirement for the lawyer bar examination in Washington state.
