Career Center
The Washington State Bar Association’s Career Center is a member benefit provided and operated by YM Careers. It provides a personalized job search tool and recommends career opportunities to job seekers based on their prior searches. View job openings, post a resume, and receive email notices about job openings that match your skills and desires. Employers can post jobs, view an anonymous resume bank, and screen and manage applicants. Weekly Job Group
Our Weekly Job Group involves a six week opportunity to take your job search to the next level. It's a chance to network with other attorneys and learn valuable job-search skills. We cover methods of looking for work online, networking, elevator pitches, cover letters and resumes, and how to identify the best professional path for yourself. Whether you are new to practice, making a mid-career transition, or thinking about leaving the legal profession, you are welcome to participate. A hard copy of our Career Guide is included. Each six-week sequence begins every three months, and all session are conducted remotely via Zoom for now. Work+Wellness Webcast Series
Career management webcasts are offered through our Work+Wellness Webcast Series. Topics include networking strategies, interview approaches and self-assessment tools, and transitioning into or out of a law practice. Previous presentations are available free of charge on our Work and Wellness Webcast page.
