This program will explore the changes for small businesses in Chapter 11 that are going into effect on February 19, 2020. The Small Business Reorganization Act added Subchapter V to Chapter 11, which provides procedural and substantive differences to the Chapter 11 process for small businesses. This CLE will provide guidance on the benefits and potential uses of the new law, along with identifying issues to avoid as Chapter 11 practitioners.
