This program aims to bring together practitioners from both Oregon and Washington, featuring speakers from both states. Topics include cross-boarder administrative law, multistate occupational licensing, judicial review, ex parte contacts with an ALJ, view from the OAH bench, the intersection of criminal and administrative law and the new interpretation for Title IX. Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.
