Join us online for an encore presentation of a two-part CLE series on discovery and evidence. The first seminar in this series focuses on depositions, an important part of the discovery process. Expert faculty will guide you through practical strategies and ethics related to depositions. The second session of this series focuses on presenting compelling stories at trial.
Like being asked to bake a cake without a recipe, many attorneys preparing for trial have been given the vague advice to ‘tell the jury a story.’ The issue is that we’re rarely told what makes a story compelling, why storytelling is crucial, and how it connects to testimony and evidence. The goal of this session is to shed light on these topics, exploring the concepts and strategies that successful trial attorneys use to craft persuasive narratives in court.
