In 2021, 1,577 grievance files were opened at the WSBA. Bring your lunch and join WSBA Chief Disciplinary Counsel as well as experienced defense counsel to learn what to consider if a grievance is filed against you. How do you respond professionally and ethically? This will be a fast-paced program that will explore considerations such as client communication, details about insurance, as well as some hypotheticals.
