Please join us for July’s installment of the Legal Lunchbox™ Series for a look at Washington’s General Rule 37, adopted "to eliminate the unfair exclusion of potential jurors based on race or ethnicity."
Faculty will discuss persistent bias in jury selection, and how GR 37 goes beyond Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79 (1986), to address the problem.
