Join Stokes Lawrence, P.S., and the Washington State Bar Association Indian Law Section for the Section’s 37th Annual CLE!
During the annual CLE seasoned practitioners will discuss some of the most important developments and pressing issues affecting tribes in Washington State and beyond. For the first time in its history, this year's CLE will be held virtually and in-person in Indian Country on the Tulalip Reservation. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 15 and 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on May 16.

- Tribal Civil Jurisdiction after Lexington Insurance Co. vs. Smith
- ISDEAA Contracting
- Truth and Reconciliation: Analysis and Outreach by the Washington Attorney General’s Office Tribal Advisory Committee to Address the Impact of Indian Boarding Schools
- A Judicial Update Impacting Indian Country

- Tuition is $245 for Indian Law Section members and $275 for Standard/Non-Section Members. This event is FREE to current law students.
- This program is currently pending for 8 WSBA CLE credits.
