Please join the WSBA Construction Law Section for a tour of the new Colman ferry dock followed by dinner at Ivar’s Acres of Clams restaurant.
After six years of construction, the WSDOT Seattle ferry terminal (at Colman Dock) features a new entry building and elevated pedestrian connector. The $489 million project features two seamless connections from Alaskan Way, new ticket and info booths, and 20,500 square feet of public space where patrons and passengers can enjoy city and water views while awaiting the ferry.
Bryant Bullamore, WSDOT's Deputy Director of Terminal Engineering and Construction, will conduct the tour, presenting on all aspects of the project, from planning to execution to public use.
