The program introduces the Washington Construction Law Deskbook, which is anticipated to be published later in 2018.  The Deskbook includes 25 chapters by over 40 authors.  It totals over 500 pages, covering the entire spectrum of construction law issues. Presentations will be made on six chapters from the Deskbook:

  • Owner responsibilities 
  • Subcontract issues
  • Performance issues
  • Environmental issues
  • Inspection, acceptance and warranties
  • AE contracts 

In addition, we will have the case law and legislative updates, Chair’s Annual Report, a Judicial Panel and Ethics presentations.
