Featuring the Law of Lawyering’s Special Guest Star, Michigan State University College of Law rofessor Carla Reyes speaking on Blockchain Technology and the Law and legal ethics and risk management experts addressing our profession’s most contemporary and cutting edge ethics and risk management issues. Other topics include the WSBA Advisory Opinions and RPC Amendments, Recent ABA Ethics Opinions, Advance Conflict Waivers, Malpractice and Discipline Case Law Update, Duty to Inform a Client of the Lawyer’s Material Error, and the WSBA’s Mandatory Malpractice Insurance. We will round out the day with a series of hypotheticals.
