WSBA Lending Library Usage Standards
The WSBA Lending Library (Library) is a service to members offering the short-term loan of items on topics related to practice management, wellness, and career development.
The following usage standards apply to all members using the Library.
What Happens If I Do Not Return an Item on Time?
You may be charged a late fee for each day that an overdue item is not returned. Fines begin to accrue on the seventh (7th) day after an item is due as follows:
ITEM | DAILY LATE FINE | MAXIMUM LATE FINE |
Books, Deskbooks, Practice Manuals | 25 cents | $8 |
You will not be able to check out items if you have any outstanding fines. Outstanding fines must be paid in full to borrow any additional items. To see if you have outstanding fines or to make payment, email us at pma@wsba.org.
How Can I Pay My Fine?
You will receive an invoice for all fines. There are three ways to pay a fine:
- Credit Card. To arrange payment by credit card, please call us at 206-733-5914. Please note that our service provider will charge you a separate, non-refundable transaction fee of 2.5% on all bank card transactions. There is no transaction fee if you mail in a check.
- In Person. You can stop by our offices and pay by cash, or check made out to "WSBA Lending Library." Record your WSBA license number in the memo line so that your account is credited.
- Mail. You can mail us your check or money order to the address below. Record your WSBA license number in the memo line so that your account is credited.
