The Frank Homan Award is presented annually to an individual who has demonstrated an outstanding contribution to the improvement or application of administrative law. This year we are honoring John Gray, our 2021 Homan Award recipient!

We will celebrate at an in-person reception in Olympia, and we will also simultaneously broadcast the award presentation via Zoom for remote attendees.

Homan Award presentation, appetizers, and good company

Due to the pandemic, there are new considerations and we appreciate your cooperation during this unusual time.

• RSVP is required for the in-person components of this event and the event is subject to space limitations.
• Masks are required to enter the restaurant.
• WSBA volunteers, including section leadership, must comply with the WSBA volunteer policy regarding vaccination prior to the event.
• Additionally, due to a soon to be effective WSBA policy, guests attending in person who are not registered under the volunteer policy will need to bring either a vaccination card or proof of a negative PCR Covid test taken within 72 hours of the event in order to gain entry. Compliance will be monitored by a WSBA volunteer. Thank you for your cooperation.
• RSVP by responding to this email. Please note that due to COVID, we may have to limit attendance. If this occurs, RSVPs will be honored in the order received and we will maintain a waiting list.
