For this month’s Happy Hour, let’s talk about Collaborative Law and the reluctance to use it outside of family law. Although Collaborative Law has been codified in Washington for all civil matters, it has not caught on outside of matrimonial cases. Let’s discuss why that might be and how this powerful approach could be used in business, construction, or estate disputes, where ongoing relationships matter.
