Join the discussion as two Vietnam-based attorneys share their perspectives on practicing law in Vietnam’s heavily international and rapidly evolving legal environment. Seminar participants will learn about the education and licensing of attorneys, regulation of legal practice, the role of judges and the judiciary, daily challenges and hurdles for attorneys and steps Vietnam is taking to adapt its legal system to accommodate its rapid growth.
