The WSBA Labor & Employment Law Section is pleased to invite you to our 19th Annual CLE on Nov. 14, 2019.
This program provides 7.0 CLE credits, including 1.0 hour of ethics. Practitioners will not want to miss our lively and informative panels. This year, we are excited to host another ethics presentation geared toward labor and employment practitioners. We will also host a panel on weaving together the changing legal landscape on family and medical leaves. Attorneys will also not want to miss our update on strategies for handling changes to Washington’s non-compete laws. We round out our program with a nuts and bolts on formulating settlement agreements and dealing with union counsel.
