At the start of a new year, we wanted to get together to reflect on recent developments and trends at the DOR—especially those that may be making it harder to advise our clients on Department rules and policies. We hope that as a community of SALT practitioners, we can brainstorm together and later arrange an informal and non-adversarial discussion with the DOR to enhance communication and understanding between our two groups.
