Sept. 23, 2020
Please join us for the third track of the Washington State Bar Association’s 2020 Practice Primer seminar on Criminal Law, Introduction to Felonies. The annual WSBA Practice Primer examines a substantive area of law through a series of webinar learning tracks that build upon one another. Each CLE track is taught by one experienced and one new practitioner. While each track can stand alone, completion of the entire series will provide attendees with a solid foundation for practice. Live participants will have the opportunity to earn an extra CLE credit during the CLE day by independently completing two legal writing exercises (each accredited at 0.5 credits) at the scheduled times through the day. Attendees who choose to complete the writing exercises may submit their work to the faculty for later review but submission is not required.
The first two tracks delivered live in winter 2020: (1) Criminal Law and Procedure: The Good, The Bad and The Complex; (2) Confrontation, Resolution and (Almost) Everything in Between. All three 2020 tracks will be available to purchase on-demand via the CLE store in fall 2020.
