This seminar will explore the impact of the 2018 Farm Bill, the Investigational New Drug preclusion within the Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, isolate versus full-spectrum extract, the FDA’s authority and progress, and the manner in which Washington, Oregon, and certain other States are regulating CBD. We will also explore federal regulation surrounding the labeling, manufacturing, and marketing of CBD products being manufactured and sold in the U.S., including cosmetics and pet food.
