Drawing from other disciplines, this program will cover best practices for communicating complex issues to a live audience, using visual tools like PowerPoint or Keynote. Whether you are presenting a legal education program, making a pitch to a prospective client, or communicating to a jury at trial, visual tools can either help or hinder you from getting your point across. SESSION 2: Building Your Website for Legal Consumers
Your website is a tool to communicate your business value. Often, however, law firm websites can be weighed down with wordiness or irrelevant information that detracts from your marketing pitch. In this program, you will learn how to apply some of the fundamental principles of User Experience (UX) Design to create a better law firm website. By the end of the session, you will understand:
