This conference will help attorneys, businesses, conservation organizations, and government staff to understand the complexities of the law. In addition to providing updates on federal litigation, legislative and regulatory changes, updates to the Section 7 consultation process and Section 4 listings, and ethical and litigation considerations; this year, ESA practitioners will discuss implementation of the “Culverts case”, ESA advocacy in the context of the Dusky Gopher Frog litigation, and reintroductions of listed species on the west coast, including wolves, grizzlies, fishers, and Pacific salmon. It will also provide practical insights and an opportunity to network with experts and colleagues.
