NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Washington State Bar Association, pursuant to RCW 42.30.080, that a Washington Young Lawyers Committee meeting will be held on:

Time:  10 a.m. until all business is completed

Location: Virtual and conference call only

Pursuant to the Governor’s Proclamation 20-28, 20-28.1 and 20-28.2, agenda items, actions, and discussion must be “necessary and routine” or “matters necessary to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak.”

All committee members may participate via video and conference call. In addition, video conference and call-in instructions are pasted below for members of the public who would like to attend remotely.

The purpose of the meeting is for the committee to discuss, deliberate, and take potential final action regarding the following agenda items (no final disposition regarding any matter will occur at the meeting except as indicated on this notice):

When a window pops up to "Join with Computer Audio", you may join by computer audio or by phone. If joining by phone, follow the instructions by calling 1-877-853-5257 (toll free), enter meeting I.D.  957 926 732, and enter participant I.D. (unique number assigned to you when you join the Zoom meeting).

Instructions for public call-in: You may join the meeting via conference call by calling 1-877-853-5257 (toll free), and entering access code 957 926 732. You are not required to state your name to join this meeting.  If the conference call provider message asks that you state your name or participant ID, you may press #, without stating your name, and you will be connected to the meeting. Committee members will be required to state their name in order to establish quorum. 

Note: Discussion and action may be taken on any item on the agenda. The time and order of agenda items are subject to change at the discretion of the committee chair.
