The annual WSBA Trial Advocacy Program offers a two-day intensive trial skills training followed by a mock trial. This seminar is appropriate for attorneys working in either the criminal or civil arena with little or no trial experience.
Topics cover the full cycle of a trial, including:
Participants may attend the two-day CLE webcast only, or they may attend the two-day CLE webcast and then participate in a mock trial in-person at the WSBA office in downtown Seattle on June 9. The mock trial provides attorneys the unique opportunity to put into practice what they learned at the two-day CLE without the pressure of an actual trial.

The Mock Trial will focus on the following elements:
Volunteer judges will provide feedback after each element concludes. This gives participants the opportunity to receive much more feedback than what is typically given at a mock trial.
