Kick off the winter months this year without the gloom. Winter Wellness is a program of restorative webinars and guided desk meditation designed to realign your mental and physical state for a brighter, more productive experience this winter.

Finally, get centered with mind, body, and spirit without even leaving your desk. Dr. Dan Crystal, WSBA Member Wellness Program manager, will lead a weekly video-conference course called Meditation and Your Desk, at noon on Thursdays Jan. 9-Feb 27.
