Board of Bar Examiners

The Board of Bar Examiners grade the Multistate Essay Examination and the Multistate Performance Test answers for the Uniform Bar Examination for lawyers and produce the content for the Washington Law Component test under the direction of the WSBA Board of Governors, in accordance with the Admission and Practice Rules approved by the Washington Supreme Court.

Members attend mandatory training sessions and four-day grading conferences in March and August. All positions are funded.
