APR 8(c) Exception for Indigent Representation

This limited license allows lawyers licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction to provide legal services to indigents when applying, and while waiting to apply, to take the next Washington Bar Examination.

How to Apply for the Indigent Representation License

Complete the Application for APR 8(c) and file it with the WSBA.
