The WSBA Corporate Counsel Section held its biennial Ethics CLE on Nov. 16, 2012.  The event was a great success with over 106 present and 105 attending online. We explored timely topics that included:

  • The legal ethics surrounding the use of social media.
  • Ethical considerations surrounding spoliation and e-discovery.
  • A panel discussion examining the issues that arise at the confluence of legal ethics and corporate compliance programs.
  • Hypothetical case studies.

Thank you to our great faculty and event chair, Kevin Fay, counsel for PACCAR Inc. for helping us put on a terrific CLE.
