Law Clerk Board
The Law Clerk Board supervises the Admission to Practice Rule (APR) 6 Law Clerk Program, considers applications for enrollment in the program, interviews and evaluates law clerks and tutors during the course of study, and certifies that law clerks have successfully completed the program meeting the educational requirement for the Washington State bar examination. The board meets at least four times a year in February, May, August, and November, occasionally additional meetings are scheduled as needed.
