WSBA Bylaw Section II.E.1.b. provides for a fee exemption for eligible members of the Armed Forces whose WSBA membership status is Active. Exemption requests for the 2010 Licensing Year must be postmarked or delivered to the WSBA between October 15, 2009, and March 1, 2010.
