MCLE Comity for Active WSBA Members in Oregon, Idaho or, UtahAn active member of the Washington State Bar Association whose principal office is located outside Washington State, may meet his or her mandatory CLE requirements by either (a) complying with Washington's CLE requirement, or (b) providing proof of current compliance with the CLE requirements of Oregon, Idaho, or Utah. Only a Certificate of MCLE Compliance from one of those jurisdictions (not a "Certificate of Good Standing"), sent with your Washington Continuing Legal Education Declaration (C2/C3) form, will satisfy your MCLE requirements in Washington. Proof of compliance may be obtained from the state bars in these states: Oregon by contacting Denise Cline, MCLE Administrator, at dcline@osbar.org or at (503) 620-0222, toll-free in Oregon (800) 452-8260 ext. 315.
