Committee NewsElectronic Discovery The Professionalism Committee has been discussing electronic discovery. Our thanks to Craig Kobayashi, who spoke with the Committee in January and gave permission to post these two documents: "Meta Data: Hidden Liability in Your Documents" and "Electronic Discovery: Hype, Sleeping Monster, or Roaring Tiger?" Members may also find interesting an article published in Bar News, "E-Discovery and the Proposed Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure." "Random Acts of Professionalism" Program Developed by the Professionalism Committee, the "Random Acts of Professionalism" Program is a way for lawyers and judges to honor others in the profession who have conducted themselves in a highly professional manner consistent with the spirit of the Creed of Professionalism. Creed of Professionalism The Creed of Professionalism was developed by the Professionalism Committee and adopted by the WSBA Board of Governors at its July 2001 meeting. Many county bar associations have organized ceremonies where Creed of Professionalism plaques were presented to judges. Photos. Chair WSBA Liaison Board of Governors Liaison
