Featured speakers include representatives of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Other topics include a Ninth Circuit update, a discussion of China's antitrust laws, how antitrust law impacts the health care industry, and recent developments under Washington's Consumer Protection Act.

*Section Annual Meeting and Election after the CLE
A new slate of officers and executive committee members will take office following an election conducted at the meeting. All section members are encouraged to attend and it's not necessary to participate in the CLE.
