WSBA Support for Section-Sponsored Seminars

Building a successful Section CLE three different ways:

(1) "Mini-CLE": These are member-benefit programs offered by a Section at little or no cost to members or to the Section. Sections arrange for WSBA CLE Department assistance in applying for accreditation, ordering WSBA mailing lists, facility selection, negotiating and executing all contracts for facilities and services on behalf of the Section, desktop publishing, web-posting, printing, and mailing services, managing registration (onsite registration is provided by the Section), providing financial management, and processing transfer of registrant data to MCLE.  The Section is responsible for payment of all bills associated with the event. Sections can also consult with the CLE Director about joint sponsorship of a program with the CLE Department.

(2) "Plan A Programs": These are normally standard one-day programs where an agreement is reached between the Section and WSBA-CLE for the Section to co-sponsor a program and is other than its mid-year or annual meetings.

(3) "Plan B Programs": These are Section mid-year or annual meetings.
