About WSBA-CLE

The WSBA-CLE mission is to provide the highest quality continuing legal education programs and products that promote learning, enhance skills and inspire high standards of practice.

The Continuing Legal Education Department of the Washington State Bar Association has served the legal profession for more than 25 years. We are the largest CLE provider in the state, delivering year-round education for a variety of experience levels. 

Our programs include one-day seminars, major multiday conferences and institutes, midyears and other programs co-sponsored with WSBA Sections or the Washington Young Lawyers Division, telephone seminars through our TELE-CLE  programs, online education and video replays.  Each year we present over 100 relevant and timely seminars, attended by more than 9,000 attorneys and other professionals.

We produce a wide range of useful and timely products to aid your practice, including audiotapes, forms on diskette, and coursebooks from our live seminars, as well as a comprehensive library of deskbooks – valuable reference books complete with practice tips, indexes and tables of authorities.Deskbooks are regularly updated with new editions and supplements. Most titles are also available online and contain links to cited case law.

Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
