The Access to Justice Board is coordinating a review of its Plan for the Delivery of Civil Legal Services to Low Income People in Washington State (State Plan). An overview of the history of state planning in Washington and copies of the 1995 and 1999 (revised) State Plans can be found here.

To accomplish this review, the Access to Justice Board appointed a State Plan Review Committee to develop a state planning process with broad participation throughout the state by those with an interest in ensuring that our delivery system is both accessible and responsive to the needs of low income and vulnerable people in our state.

Committee Chair: Greg Dallaire
