The Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP) is available to all WSBA members. We offer low-cost and confidential professional assistance with office administration. It is especially recommended for solo and small firm practitioners. LOMAP is a law firm's business advisor.


Meet the LOMAP Team

CharityAnastasioOffice4 Charity Anastasio graduated from the University of Washington with a BA degree in English in 2001 and Seattle University School of Law with a JD in 2007. She opened her practice in 2008 where she focused on Estate Planning, Probate, and Family Law issues in her Kirkland office. In 2013, she joined the WSBA's LOMAP team as a Practice Management Advisor. Now she has the honor of meeting lawyers wherever they are in their newly budding, transitioning or winding up of their solo or small firm, assisting lawyers in making their practice flourish and their dreams come true.





Mary Wells received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Washington University.  She has worked in diverse areas of business administration, including serving as Human Resources Director for a non-profit mental health agency and as Office Manager for a rural law practice.  She joined the WSBA in 2014 as a Practice Management Advisor with the Law Office Management Assistance Program and enjoys helping members with all aspects of managing their law practices.




Aaron Burt graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy in 2011 and is currently enrolled in the University of Washington’s  graduate business certificate program. He has lived all around the wonderful city of Seattle, and enjoys helping Washingtonians reach for their dreams. Aaron started working for WSBA’s LOMAP in the fall of 2013 as Assistant Practice Management Advisor. In describing what he loves about his work, Aaron says, “I’m the kind of person whose passion is to help you achieve more than you could ever realize." Aaron hopes to bring this tech and business savvy support to attorneys all across the state, and help them achieve the unbelievable.

Consultation is provided either in a member’s office or at the LOMAP office. There is no charge for LOMAP’s personnel’s travel time or expenses.
