Adding an Approved Activity to Your Online MCLE Roster

If a course that you attended is not listed in your roster, if you are applying for credit, or if you want to verify that a course has been approved, click the "Add Activity" to search the database.

Searching for the Course in the MCLE Database

If you know the Activity ID number of the course, follow the procedures below.

  • Input the Activity ID number only in the search screen that comes up.
  • Click "Search."

If you do not know the Activity ID number, the Add Approved Activities page enables you to search for a specific course using key dates and words.  Suggested search strategies are below.  For each strategy, enter the suggested data and click the Search button to display a list of the courses that meet the entered criteria.

  • Try searching by just the month, year, and city only.
  • For A/V courses, do not search by date - use key words from the sponsor name and course title only.
  • If searching by title or sponsor name, and it includes an acronym or abbreviation (such as 'ABA'), also try key words from the full name.
  • Try searching with only a few key words from the sponsor name and course title.

Adding the Course to Your Roster

If you find the course you are looking for:

  • Click the course Activity ID number to add it to your roster.
  • For LIVE courses, enter the number of credits earned, if needed and click "Add Activity."
  • For A/V self-study courses indicate the date(s) you took the course, and click "Add Activity."
  • To cancel adding a course, click "Return to Member Reporting Period."

If the course you are searching for is not listed, either alter your search query, or click the appropriate Form 1.

Deleting a Course from Your Roster

While viewing your roster, click on the "Edit/Delete" link to the right of an activity.

Note: You cannot edit or delete any activities on your roster once you have certified compliance for a reporting period. Contact the WSBA Service Center at 206-443-WSBA (9722), 800-945-WSBA (9722), or if you need to make any changes after you have certified compliance.

Altering the Number of Credits Earned

You may need to alter the credits earned for a course listed in your roster if you arrived late, left early, or needed to attend to a non-CLE course matter during the course.

  • Click "Edit/Delete" to the right of an activity in your roster that you want to edit.
  • Enter the number of credits earned.
  • Click "Save Changes."
  • To cancel your edit (if you have not yet saved it) click "Return to Member Reporting Period Page."

Certifying Credits for Compliance – Must Submit C2 Form

You are not in compliance with the MCLE reporting requirements until you have submitted your CLE Certification (C2) form and paid any late fees due.

Even if your online MCLE roster shows that you have met the reporting period credit requirements, you must certify that the activities in the roster are an accurate listing of the credits earned for compliance.

The C2 form is required by the Washington State Supreme Court (APR 11.6(b)). It must be submitted online (from your profile page) or postmarked or delivered to the WSBA by Feb. 1 in the year following the end of your reporting period. More information.
