  • Oct. 29, 2014: Construction Law Fall Forum at Bullitt Center.
  • June 13, 2014: "Construction Disputes: Picking the Right People and Forum – Annual Construction Law Meeting and Seminar." Approved for 5.75 general and 1 CLE ethics credits.
  • April 18, 2014: "Construction 101." Approved for 6.75 CLE credits (5.75 general, 1 ethics). Co-sponsored by the WSBA Construction Law Section and the Spokane County Bar Association
  • Feb. 6, 2014: "Principles of Persuasion." Approved for 1 general CLE credit.

2013

  • Oct. 15, 2013: Fall Forum – The New Husky Stadium: A Dawgs' Eye View of the Project.
  • June 14, 2013: "Annual Construction Law Midyear Meeting and Seminar: Public Works Update – Pitfalls of Contracting in the Public Arena." Approved for 6.25 general CLE credits and .5 ethics credit.
  • April 19, 2013: Construction Law CLE. Approved for 4.5 general credits and 1 ethics credit.

2012

  • June 15, 2012: "Annual Construction Law Midyear Meeting and Seminar." Approved for 5.25 general CLE credits, and 1 ethics credit.

  • Oct. 18, 2011: "What Happened to the Economic Loss Rule." Fall forum.
  • June 10, 2011: "Getting the Most from Expert Witnesses." Approved for 5.5 general credits and 1 ethics credit.

2010

2009
