2013

  • Nov. 8, 2013: Annual CLE and Section Annual Meeting.
  • Sept. 24, 2013: "Selected Topics in Consumer Protection Law: Practical Pointers and Hot New Topics." Approved for 3 general CLE credits and 1 ethics credit.
  • May 31, 2013: "The State Action Doctrine Clearly Articulated: FTC v. Phoebe Putney." Approved for 1 ethics credit.
  • March 28, 2013 (this event was cancelled on this date, but will be rescheduled): "The State Action Doctrine Clearly Articulated: FTC v. Phoebe Putney."
  • Feb. 20, 2013: "Exclusive Dealing: The Current Law." Approved for 1 general credit.

2012

  • Nov. 8, 2012: The 29th Annual Antitrust, Consumer Protection and Unfair Business Practices Seminar and Annual Meeting. Approved for 5 general CLE credits and 1 ethics credit.

2011
