2013 Family Law Skills Institute: "Family Law Nuts and Bolts — Tips for Preparing the Case and Client for Your Day in Court"

Join experienced faculty as they cover the practical aspects of preparing for your first or next family law court case. This program includes a practicum and is aimed at new attorneys or attorneys new to the practice of family law. The first day’s presentations begin with opening the file and proceeds through to motions. On Saturday, there will be mock hearing exercises and critiques. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the procedures and practice the skills you need to practice family law.

When:  April 26–27, 2013
             Friday: 8:45 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
             Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Where: Spokane County Courthouse Facilities
               1116 West Broadway, Spokane

CLE Credits: 9 general and .75 ethics

Family Law Section members – $75
Non-Family Law Section members – $110

Lawyers admitted to the bar for 4 years or more:
Family Law Section members – $225
Non-Family Law Section members – $260
